An so they gawped in through t’window
At t’people that gathered to pray
An Eric, ‘is eyes full of wonder
Said “I’ve sin somat different today!”

Of photos hung up on t’club wall
Was a perfectly formed congregation
No cricket, no batters, no ball!

Instead of a font stood t’pooltable;
